Terms of Cancellation and Refunds
1.Orders for purchase of workshops, digital products, goods, video subscriptions or any other yoga course by whatever name called, placed through this website will be confirmed only after payment is approved by the online payment gateway. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been confirmed. Orders once placed and paid for, cannot be cancelled and / or exchanged by you under any circumstances.
2. All subscriptions shall be on auto-renewal mode from the first subscription itself, unless the same has been disabled / cancelled by you. In both such cases, if such disablement / cancellation is during the subscription term / before the next date of renewal, no refund for the unutilised period would be made.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any product, service or class / workshop etc., with or without due notice and / or increase / decrease their prices as per our discretion. In case service(s) or subscriptions purchased by you are cancelled by us for whatever reason, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount received. Eligible refunds will be paid within 10 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Eligible refunds will be paid through the online payment gateway and only to the account used on the online gateway to make the payment after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges. Requests for refunds through any other mode will not be accepted by us.
4. We take utmost care to pack the tangible product(s) in such a way that you receive the same through shipment without any damage. However, in case you receive any product(s) from us in a damaged condition, you can notify us at our contact information within 48 hours of receiving such damaged product(s). We will dispatch the free replacement product(s) to you in place of the damaged product(s). In case you notify us about the damage after 48 hours of receiving the product(s), you are not eligible to receive the free replacement.
5. Maximum liability: Our liability to you for any loss or damages whether direct or consequential, due to whatever reason including but not restricted to delayed delivery or non-performance of our product(s), shall be restricted to the amount paid by you to us for that specific product and in any case shall exceed the same.
6. Validity of subscribed products / digital downloads etc., shall be governed from product to product and the same would be notified to you for each such product before your purchase.
