Refresher Course for Yoga Teachers
- Suitable for accreditated yoga teachers
- Includes asanas, pranayama, meditation
- Course includes satvik meals for 3 days

How does the hybrid format work?
Experience the best of both worlds—flexible online learning with 3 days of onsite in-person training at the beginning of the course in Sydney with the global head of SRMD Yoga, Atmarpit Shraddhaji herself. Over the course of 40 weeks, you will journey deeper into yoga theory online, expand your practical experience in-person and feel empowered by joining the SRMD Yoga community.

Asana practice is the heart of yoga. Learn the breakdown of all major asanas in detail. Deep dive into our fundamental asana series and understand their benefits, technique of practice, contraindications, variations using a variety of props and much more.
Cover the depths of teaching methodology never explored before. Through right technique and dedicated practice, become a professional yoga teacher by learning and absorbing the most effective ways of teaching and delivering the treasures of yoga.
Learn how energy flows in the body and techniques of controlling the energy through this module. We will explore and practice the various types of mudras and bandhas and understand the significance of hand gestures and the methods of locking energy in the body.
